The festival’s goal is to promote music genres such as folk, pagan or viking metal.​

Heading the line-up of the Asgard Fest will be Thyrfing, who will be performing for the first time in Spain. The doors will open at 6:30 pm, and along with the Swedish band, attendants will be able to enjoy the following shows:

Heid – 7:10 - 7:55 pm
Survael – 8:10 - 8:55 pm
Iggdrassil – 9:10 - 9:55 pm
Drakum – 10:10 - 11:00 pm
Thyrfing – 11:15 pm - 12:45 am

The tickets for the Asgard Fest cost no more than 22 euros if purchased on the spot and 18 through advance sale. There are also online offers which include an official T-shirt and mead.

The festival will take place in Valdefierro’s civic centre, a modern and accessible facility connected to the city centre by public transport all night (although a bus strike has been scheduled).
